- The entire property is non-smoking, but there is a balcony in the communal living room which allows this possibility.
- Children are welcome but the rooms do not have an extra bed.
- Credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. We also accept Bitcoins, but please advise us in advance if you wish to pay in this way.

From 12 noon on the day of booking to 10 a.m. on the date of departure. Possible flexibility with direct agreements at the time of booking.
